This bill amends the Public Health Code to add a new section, Section 18223a, which would place two limitations on a limited license granted to an individual under Section 18223(2). The first limitation requires supervision by a psychologist who has a license other than a limited license, and the second limitation prohibits the individual from advertising or representing to the public that they are engaging in the practice of psychology. The bill also includes an enacting section that states this amendatory act will not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 626 of the 102nd Legislature is also enacted into law.
