This bill, the Eliminate Network Distribution of Child Exploitation Act (or the END Child Exploitation Act), would amend federal law to require providers of reports to the CyberTipline (a national resource center and reporting mechanism for child exploitation) to preserve the contents of such reports for one year, up from the current 90-day requirement. The bill also allows providers to voluntarily preserve the reports for longer than one year for the purpose of reducing the proliferation of online child sexual exploitation or preventing the online sexual exploitation of children.
