Directing the Secretaries to develop a national strategy to increase visits to federal lands and waters by members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and Gold Star Family members. 7. Amending the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to add veterans organizations as members of Recreation Resource Advisory Committees. 8. Encouraging the Secretaries to hire veterans for positions related to managing federal recreational lands and waters, and establishing a pilot program to employ veterans in conservation and resource management roles.
