This bill proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, providing for personal reproductive liberty. The amendment would establish a fundamental right for individuals to make decisions regarding their own reproduction, including the ability to choose or refuse to prevent, continue, or end a pregnancy, as well as the right to choose or refuse contraceptives and fertility care, without discrimination. The Commonwealth may only limit this right if justified by a compelling state interest achieved through the least restrictive means.
