Specifying that service animal trainers must maintain control of the service animal trainees, and allowing places of public accommodation to remove trainees that are not under control or are not trained to urinate and defecate appropriately. 5. Clarifying that places of public accommodation must make reasonable modifications to allow the presence of service animals, and are not required to provide care or supervision for the animals.
