This bill establishes the "Motivational Boot Camp Incarceration Program" within the Missouri Department of Corrections. The program is designed for eligible inmates aged 17 to 22 who have had two prior convictions for nonviolent criminal offenses. The program emphasizes rigorous physical activity, intensive counseling, and instilling self-discipline and self-motivation. Eligible inmates can be sentenced to the two-year program in lieu of a jail or prison sentence, and upon successful completion, the offense may be expunged from their criminal record.
