This bill modifies the eligibility requirements for the A+ scholarship program in Missouri. It removes the disqualification for students who have pleaded guilty to or been convicted of possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia. This change will take effect starting in the 2025-26 school year and apply to all subsequent school years. The A+ scholarship program provides tuition reimbursement for eligible students who attend public community colleges or certain private vocational/technical schools after graduating from high schools that meet the program's requirements.
