Expanding the circumstances under which child support obligations can be terminated, including when the child reaches age 22 if enrolled in higher education. 4. Requiring the court to enforce visitation, custody, and child support orders in the same manner, and allowing the court to abate or transfer custody if a parent fails to provide court-ordered visitation or custody without good cause. 5. Prohibiting the court from awarding custody or unsupervised visitation to a parent convicted of certain specified criminal offenses against children. 6. Allowing a noncustodial parent who has failed to maintain contact with a child for 6 years or more to be denied visitation rights.
