This bill amends the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to require the Secretary to submit regular reports to the appropriate congressional committees on license applications, enforcement actions, and other requests for authorization related to the export, reexport, release, and in-country transfer of items controlled under the Act to "covered entities" - entities included on specific lists maintained by the Department of Commerce. The reports must include details such as the entity submitting the application, a description of the item, the end-user, the decision on the application, and the results of site inspections and enforcement actions. The bill also exempts certain information in the reports from public disclosure.
