The bill establishes conditions under which veterans can acquire, use, and possess psilocybin without violating state or local law, such as having a bona fide physician-patient relationship, enrolling in a study on the use of psilocybin for the specified conditions, and using psilocybin in the presence of a qualified facilitator.
