This bill changes the law regarding concealed carrying of weapons by allowing firearms in churches and other places of worship with a concealed carry permit. The bill expands the list of locations where a person with a valid concealed carry permit or endorsement issued in Missouri or another state can carry a concealed firearm. This includes allowing concealed carry in churches and other places of worship with the consent of the religious organization. The bill also makes certain technical changes to the existing concealed carry laws.
