This bill allows a second cultivation center to be considered for alternative treatment centers. Specifically, the bill amends the existing law to authorize the Department of Health to allow alternative treatment centers to operate additional cultivation locations, such as a greenhouse, that would be subject to the same rules and regulations as the primary cultivation location. The Department would be required to solicit input from qualifying patients, designated caregivers, and local residents before approving any additional cultivation location.
