This bill allows individuals on probation and parole to vote. It repeals the existing provision in Missouri law that disenfranchises individuals on probation or parole after conviction of a felony until they are finally discharged from such probation or parole. The bill maintains the existing language that disqualifies individuals who have been adjudged incapacitated or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor connected with the right of suffrage from voting.
