Increasing the maximum loan repayment amounts for physicians, psychiatrists, dentists, and psychologists from $90,000 to $300,000, and for dentists providing Medicaid services specifically, up to $60,000 per year for up to five years. 3. Allowing for different loan repayment agreement terms for dentists who have practiced for less than five years and have not previously received assistance under the Act, including a requirement to provide a certain percentage of services to Medicaid patients. 4. Providing that loan repayment obligations are canceled in the event of the recipient's death or total and permanent disability.
