This bill amends Indiana law to require entities authorized to participate in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program to annually report specified data to the Indiana Department of Health, including the aggregate acquisition cost and payment amounts for 340B drugs, the number of 340B drug claims, and how the savings from the 340B program are used for charity care or community benefits. The Department must then submit a report aggregating this data to the legislative council and post it on the Department's website. The reported data is considered confidential and not available for public inspection.
