This information will be published on websites of the Department of Community Affairs, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, and New Jersey Housing Resource Center. The bill also includes a provision for the Department of Community Affairs to reimburse municipalities for costs incurred in complying with the reporting requirements. The act will take effect on the first day of the fourth month following its enactment, providing time for implementation.
