This bill requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, upon the suspension or revocation of a person's driver's license, to notify through electronic means the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the place where the person resides. R.S.39:5-30 authorizes the chief administrator to suspend or revoke a person's driver's license for a violation of Title 39, the motor vehicle code, or on other reasonable grounds.
