The State of New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness has also recognized the threat of cyber attacks against the State of New Jersey by foreign actors. This bill prohibits the State of New Jersey, its agencies, and local governments from procuring or using any technology products, services, or systems from companies owned by, controlled by, or domiciled in foreign countries which have been identified as posing a cybersecurity threat to the United States or the State of New Jersey.
