This bill requires official general election sample ballots and official primary election sample ballots to contain a watermark clearly identifying them as sample ballots. The bill amends existing laws to specify that these sample ballots must be printed on paper different in color from the official ballots and have the words "This ballot cannot be voted. It is a sample copy of the official general election ballot used on election day" (for general election sample ballots) or "This official primary sample ballot is an exact copy of the official primary ballot to be used on primary election day. This ballot cannot be voted" (for primary election sample ballots) printed in large type at the top.
