This bill requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (commission) to, within six months after the effective date of the bill, study and complete a review of all services the commission provides to the public that are not available through the commission's website. The commission is required to prepare and submit a report detailing the results of the review to the Governor and Legislature no later than nine months after the effective date of the bill. The bill also requires the commission to make available through the commission's website all services that the commission determines are feasible to be provided through the commission's website. The commission is to make these services available online within three years after the effective date of the bill.
