This bill requires the Washington National Primate Research Center at the University of Washington to annually publish on its website various information related to the nonhuman primates at the center, including the number of primates used in research, breeding, and that were injured, died, or treated for illness. The bill also mandates that any advisory or oversight committees related to primate research or the reporting requirements must comply with the state's open public meetings and public records acts.
