AN ACT concerning Agriculture - Maryland Food and Agricultural Resiliency Mechanism Grant Program - Expansion FOR the purpose of expanding the Maryland Food and Agricultural Resiliency Mechanism Grant Program by making certain qualified nonprofit organizations eligible for grant funding; establishing the Maryland Food and Agricultural Resiliency Operating Fund; and generally relating to the Maryland Food and Agricultural Resiliency Mechanism Grant Program. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Agriculture Section 10-2101 and 10-2102 Annotated Code of Maryland (2016 Replacement Volume and 2023 Supplement) BY adding to Article - Agriculture Section 10-2104 Annotated Code of Maryland (2016 Replacement Volume and 2023 Supplement)
