AN ACT Relating to transferring the licensing and regulating of 2 the production, processing, and testing of cannabis products from the 3 Washington state liquor and cannabis board to the department of 4 agriculture; amending RCW 69.50.325, 69.50.326, 69.50.331, 69.50.334, 5 69.50.335, 69.50.339, 69.50.342, 69.50.345, 69.50.351, 69.50.363, 6 69.50.366, 69.50.372, 69.50.395, 69.50.530, 69.50.540, 69.50.564, 7 69.50.565, 69.50.580, and 69.50.585; reenacting and amending RCW 8 69.50.101 and 69.50.348; adding a new section to chapter 69.50 RCW; 9 and providing an effective date. 10
