This bill, known as the "Fix FEDVIP Age Act," amends Title 5 of the United States Code to provide that dependent children under the age of 26 are eligible for coverage under the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP). The existing law previously set the eligibility age for dependent children at 22 years old, and this bill raises that age limit to 26 years old.
