This bill amends the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code to limit the duties and authority of game wardens. The key provisions include: 1) Game wardens do not have a duty to inform hunters on private property that they need the landowner's consent, unless the landowner requests the game warden to do so. 2) Game wardens are prohibited from entering private property on the suspicion of firearm possession or discharge, unless specifically requested by the property owner. 3) Suspicion of firearm possession or discharge alone does not constitute probable cause for a game warden to enter private property.
