This bill amends the existing law related to multicounty grand jury procedures in Oklahoma. It modifies the procedures for determining jurisdiction and venue for cases where a multicounty grand jury returns an indictment or accusation for removal. The key changes are: (1) the county of the defendant's residence shall be the venue for the trial, and (2) if the multicounty grand jury learns of an offense for which it lacks jurisdiction, it shall direct the Attorney General to inform the appropriate prosecutorial authority.
