This bill amends the Hawaii Revised Statutes to remove the option for condominium unit owners to give their proxy vote to the board of directors as a whole or to the directors present at the meeting. It requires the standard condominium proxy form to include a disclosure statement informing unit owners that the condominium association may conduct direct elections by electronic, machine, or mail voting methods.
