AI Summary

This bill establishes the criminal offenses of "fraudulent election interference" and "solicitation of fraudulent election interference" in Georgia. It prohibits the publication of "materially deceptive media" (AI-generated content that appears authentic) within 90 days of an election, with the intent to influence the election outcome or the administration of the election. The bill provides exceptions for protected speech like satire and journalism. It also requires specific disclosures for the use of AI-generated content in campaign advertisements and empowers the State Election Board to investigate and publish findings related to violations. The Attorney General has concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute these offenses, and the bill allows for injunctive relief in certain cases.
