The bill requires in-person or live telemedicine evaluations by certain licensed medical professionals before initiating cosmetic treatment protocols. It also establishes supervision requirements, including qualifications and training standards, for individuals delegated to perform these procedures. The bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
