The secondary school facility must meet certain requirements, such as not offering cosmetology services to the public and having instructors with at least 3 years of experience in the services they teach. The bill requires the owner or manager to display the facility's license and the instructors' licenses, and LARA must regularly inspect the facility to ensure compliance. The bill also specifies that the license becomes void if there is a sale, transfer, or change in location of the facility, and LARA must promulgate rules to implement this new section within 18 months.
