This bill establishes an Abraham Accords Bureau within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to promote and facilitate cooperation between the FDA and entities in "Abraham Accords countries" (countries that have signed the Abraham Accords Declaration) to develop and sell products in the United States. The bureau will develop lists of essential medical, biomedical, and life sciences products and facilities in Abraham Accords countries, consult on manufacturing practices, offer technical assistance, and carry out other functions to support supply chain shifts from "covered countries" (countries of particular concern for religious freedom or with a consistent pattern of human rights violations) to Abraham Accords countries. The bill also requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to report to Congress on the bureau's progress and effectiveness.
