Increase rates by January 1, 2025 to provide a $3 per hour wage increase for all direct support personnel and other frontline personnel who work in residential and community day services settings, with at least $1.50 of that going directly to base wages and the remaining $1.50 used flexibly for additional base wage increases.
2. Increase rates to provide wages for all residential non-executive direct care staff, excluding direct support personnel, at the federal Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics' average wage.
3. For facilities licensed under the ID/DD Community Care Act and MC/DD Act, increase rates by January 1, 2025 to provide a $3 per hour wage increase for all direct support personnel and other frontline personnel, with at least $1.50 going directly to aide base wages and the remaining $1.50 used flexibly for additional aide base wage increases.
4. Increase residential service rates to provide wages for all non-executive direct care staff, excluding aides, at the federal Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics' average wage.
