This bill appropriates $169,633 from the State General Fund to the Coalition Against Domestic Violence for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. It requires the Coalition to submit an operations plan for fiscal year 2025 and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2023 before the funds can be released. Additionally, the Coalition must provide quarterly reports on planned expenditures and accomplishments, as well as an end-of-year performance report detailing the work accomplished, services provided, and the associated costs, citing measures of program effectiveness and costs. The Director of Finance is required to forward these reports to the Legislative Council.
