AN ACT To amend Titles 31 and 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to health and professions and businesses, respectively, so as to provide for best health practices and for protections of the health of minors and adults in this state; to provide for definitions; to provide for educational resources, guidelines, policy, training, and immunity relative to opioid antagonists; to require that certain buildings maintain and make accessible opioid antagonists; to prohibit prescribing or administering certain hormone therapies and puberty blocking medications for certain purposes to minors; to repeal exceptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
