This bill appropriates $6,189,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to design, renovate, and equip classroom and lab spaces for various programs at the North Mankato campus of South Central College. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $6,189,000 to provide the money appropriated for this purpose.
