This bill appropriates $500,000 from constitutionally dedicated corporation business tax (CBT) revenues and the "2009 Farmland Preservation Fund" to the State Agriculture Development Committee for municipal planning incentive grants to support farmland preservation efforts. Specifically, $200,000 is allocated from the "Preserve New Jersey Farmland Preservation Fund," and $300,000 is from the "2009 Farmland Preservation Fund."
