AN ACT To amend Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to revenue and taxation, so as to enact the "Georgia Nicotine Vapor Products Directory Act"; to provide for definitions; to require the establishment and maintenance of a directory of nicotine vapor products authorized for sale in this state; to prohibit the sale of any vapor product containing nicotine that is not listed in the directory; to provide for compliance checks and enforcement; to provide for seizure and destruction of contraband; to provide for civil penalties and enforcement; to provide procedures for the revocation and suspension of licenses for violations; to provide for statutory construction; to provide for rules and regulations; to require an annual report to the General Assembly; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
