This bill appropriates $9,672,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to design, renovate, and equip nursing spaces at the Granite Falls and Worthington campuses, as well as to design, renovate, and equip student services space at the Granite Falls campus of Minnesota West Community and Technical College. The bill also authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds in an amount up to $9,672,000 to provide the money appropriated for these campus improvements.
