This bill designates two segments of Mississippi highways as memorial highways. Specifically, it designates a segment of Mississippi Highway 446 in Bolivar County as the "H.M. 'Mack' Grimmett Memorial Highway" and a segment of Mississippi Highway 28 in Jones County as the "Paul Holifield Memorial Highway." The bill requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching these designated highway segments. The bill will take effect on July 1, 2024.
