This bill establishes a product stewardship program for wind and solar infrastructure sold in Minnesota. The bill also imposes a stewardship assessment on the sale of wind and solar infrastructure to cover the costs of the program, prohibits the disposal of wind and solar infrastructure in mixed municipal solid waste, and requires reporting and oversight by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
