Revising the law on unlawful acts by licensed dealers and manufacturers/distributors, including prohibiting coercion of dealers, restricting manufacturer competition with dealers, and limiting manufacturer actions related to vehicle pricing, allocation, and information sharing. 3. Allowing manufacturers/distributors to operate a dealership temporarily for up to two years in certain circumstances. 4. Prohibiting manufacturers/distributors from offering subscription services for vehicle features that use already-installed components, with some exceptions. 5. Establishing a process for dealers to challenge proposed modifications to their sales and service agreements. 6. Making it unlawful for manufacturers/distributors to coerce dealers to install public-facing vehicle charging infrastructure.
