This bill appropriates $3,386,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Redwood Falls to design, construct, and equip improvements to the Redwood Falls Municipal Airport. The improvements include reconstruction of Runway 12/30, taxi lanes, and the apron; replacement of the runway lighting system; and installation of a stormwater management system for future projects outlined in the Airport Layout Plan. The bill also authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $3,386,000 to provide the appropriated funds.
