This bill establishes the Minnesota Commission for Equitable Health Care Services to evaluate Minnesotans' access to and experience with health care services, regardless of coverage. The commission will have nine public members representing each congressional district and a Tribal government representative, as well as several non-voting advisors and ex officio members. The commission is tasked with developing and submitting recommendations to the legislature to ensure that every Minnesotan has access to meaningful and equitable health care services. The bill also appropriates funds to the commission and the Commissioner of Administration to carry out the commission's duties.
