RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES; PROVIDING LEGISLATIVE INTENT; AMENDING TITLE 67, IDAHO CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW CHAPTER 97, TITLE 67, IDAHO CODE, TO DEFINE TERMS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINT- MENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES, TO PRO- VIDE FOR A TRANSITION PLAN FOR THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES, AND TO ESTABLISH PROVISIONS REGARDING THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES; AMENDING SECTION 67-2601, IDAHO CODE, AS AMENDED BY SECTION 2, CHAPTER 182, LAWS OF 2023, AND BY SECTION 33, CHAPTER 220, LAWS OF 2023, TO ESTABLISH THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SELF-GOVERNING AGENCIES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
