AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 17:239(A), relative to the unauthorized possession of electronic telecommunication devices at school; to provide for instructions on storing electronic telecommunication devices during an instructional day; to provide for exceptions; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
