This bill appropriates $X in fiscal year 2025 from the general fund to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities, a non-profit organization, to design and construct a new women and children's family shelter and transitional housing facility in St. Paul. The appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to certain state budgeting requirements, and is a one-time appropriation.
