This bill appropriates additional funds to Idaho Public Television for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and provides reappropriation authority for existing funds. * Idaho Public Television receives an additional $68,500 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2025, covering personnel costs ($26,100) and capital outlay ($42,400). * Idaho Public Television is authorized to reappropriate any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund for fiscal year 2024 for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2025. * Idaho Public Television is authorized to reappropriate any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Federal Grant Fund for fiscal year 2024 for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2025. * Idaho Public Television receives an additional $700,000 from the Federal Grant Fund for fiscal year 2024, covering operating expenditures ($392,000) and capital outlay ($308,000). * Section 4 of the bill, related to the Federal Grant Fund appropriation for fiscal year 2024, is effective immediately upon passage due to an declared emergency. Sections 1 through 3, related to fiscal year 2025 appropriations and reappropriations, are effective July 1, 2024.
