This bill appropriates $962,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for one or more grants to Sherburne County, the city of Becker, or both, to design and acquire right-of-way for interchange improvements at the intersection of U.S. Highway 10, Trunk Highway 25, Becker County State-Aid Highway 8, Becker County Road 52, Edgewood Street SE, and 1st Street in the city of Becker and Becker Township. It also appropriates $2,886,000 from the trunk highway fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for costs functionally related to the trunk highway system. The bill authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue bonds of the state up to $962,000 to provide the money appropriated.
