This bill adopts the psychology interjurisdictional compact to increase public access to psychological services by allowing telepsychological practice and temporary in-person services across state lines. The compact regulates the day-to-day practice of telepsychology and temporary in-person services by psychologists, authorizes state psychology regulatory authorities to afford legal recognition to psychologists licensed in other compact states, and establishes the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission to administer the compact.
