This bill, the "Stop Funding Global Terrorists Act of 2024," seeks to restrict United States voluntary and assessed contributions to the United Nations until the Secretary of State certifies that no U.S. funds are used in cash shipments to Afghanistan and that no specially designated global terrorist organizations receive funds as a result of such shipments.
